poverty rising

all politician tries to say that they will remove poverty and for this they have launched so many schemes like MNREGA .Although such schemes prospectus is so nice that it really catches everyones eyes but actually it seems to be good only in papers.We blame only government...but actually the management system for this is worst.I think management system should be renewed and there should high authority to keep an eye on system...this will i think not only help in reducing poverty and also make the people happy.
